Dr. Keith Rushing

Dr. Rushing, a family physician, began his term in 1999. Dr. Rushing is a Winona native who graduated from Winona High School before attending Mississippi State University and University of Mississippi Medical School. He and his wife Wendy, also a graduate of Winona High School, have two children attending school in the district. He is active at First Baptist Church of Winona where he serves as a deacon.

Dr. Louie V. Harrison, III

Dr. Harrison has served on the school board since 2002. He attended Mississippi State University and currently resides in Winona where he practices general dentistry. He and his wife Sonya, both Winona High School graduates, have three sons. Will, a WHS graduate, and Cole and Luke who currently attend Winona Schools. Dr. Harrison is a member of First Baptist Church of Winona.

Mr. Mark Middleton- School Board President

Mr. Middleton, a graduate of Mississippi State University, has served the school district and the children of Winona since 2003. He and his wife Glenda have four children currently attending Winona Schools. Though he is Operations Manager at Screw Conveyor Corporation in Winona, Mr. Middleton still finds time to coach city league baseball, football and soccer. The Middleton family is active at North Winona Baptist Church.

Mr. Tonny Seals, Sr.

Mr. Seals, a Winona High School graduate and local technician, began his term on the school board in 2002. He is involved in various organizations including the Fatherhood Program initiated by Central Mississippi, Inc. He and his wife Ravean have six children, three of whom attend Winona Schools. An active member of Winona Church of Christ, Mr. Seals also enjoys fishing, playing basketball and spending time with his children.

Mr. Carl E. Smith

Mr. Smith, a graduate of Winona High School and Mississippi State University, began his term on the Winona School Board in 2007. Mr. Smith, a local contractor, and his wife Mary have two children, one of whom currently attends Winona Schools. He is a member of various community organizations including the Community Improvement Club. The Smith family is active in Winona Baptist Church.
